The large bead size (Freshwater pearl) is approx. 8mm, the smaller bead size (Sun Stone) is approx. 4mm in diameter.
You can wear the ear cuff on either your left or right ear, even without having it pierced. If the jewelry clamp in your cuff is not symmetrical, the longer end of the clamp belongs at the back of the ear.
